For three years up till 3 months ago I've been a Volkswagon Tech. ( mechanic ). Threw the years I've come onto some nice parts and one is this turbo I have. I've kept it as long as I could and since the turbo is too small for the motors I have in my EF HB's I'm going to sell it. First I'll tell you about it. This turbo I pulled off a 03' GTi 1.8T.

The car only had 15,000 miles on it. The reason why I had to replace the turbo is that the customer came in with a Check egnine light on. I relized the car was going into limp mode from the ECU readiing that the turbo was Over Boosting. I hooked my Boost gauge up to the car and relized it was spiking at 20 PSI ( Stock is 10PSI on 1.8T's and you can only go up to 13PSI on stock ECU without a chip ). I I looked at the turbo and saw the waste gate arm is slighty bend.

So I kept to turbo since it's in great condition and easly fixable and now have no use for it so I'll sell it. I will have pic.'s of it tomorrow once I bring it home from my shop. But I'll have to send it to per person cause I don't know how post pic.'s on here so just PM me on this site and I'll send you pic.'s tomorrow as soon as possible.

I'm asking $100 plus I'll go half on shipping but this price is not set in stone it's negotionable BUT PLEASE NO LOW BALLERS. Don't send any request to sell it for $25 as examples I've gotten in the past on other items. Like I said the car had only 15,000 miles on it and I've had this turbo since spring time and just don't want it anymore. THE TURBO HAS NO SHAFT PLAY WHAT SO EVER this turbo is almost like new. The turbo is a Triple K--K03 turbo off of a 1.8T GTi. Also I like in Maryland and if you live near me I'm willing to meet you instead of shipping it pending on your location.
