These are a pair of '00 Civic Hatch front seats and they should fit 96-00. They're Grey and in good condition. The only thing to make mention of is on the passenger seat near the belt lock there is a small cigarette burn from the previous owner. Other than that they are in good shape. The seat rails come with the seats, and since they came out of a hatch they should slide foreward to allow access to the back seat(never installed them in my coupe so I can only go on what car they came outa).
