Monitor does work fine and is mint, I sold it to him so know for a fact.

Still a good deal on the head, I sold one for $150 and traded one for a set of EF b-series mounts

we dont really crush our boxes. we break them down so they are flat, you get more in the bailer, usually twice as much as a un-broken down box. then we compact them and make some massive bails. check with the local auto parts stores. usually got something you can use.
