Classic, he thinks that since he is under age the law will protect him. There are some excepts to this under 18 get off free. The judge can actually give him an even tougher sentence than if he were an adult to teach him a lesson. And just cause your 17 doesn't get you off the hook, if the judge feels you knew what you were doing and were not in a "childish" state of mind you could be tried as an adult. That under 18 mumbo jumbo really only goes for little kids that don't know what they are doing, or 15y/o's that have serious problem and have the mind of a 4 y/o. If legal action was pursued, I'm not sure if they'd make his parents pay. But if they don't... nevermind, I don't wanna say too much. It'll help the ones scammed but it'll also help the scammer.

David, blownVtec, Dark realm customs whatever. Be wise, sooth all this stuff out. No ripoffs. Send these folks nice clean stuff. Believe me it'll be in your best interest. Com'n man these good people trusted you. On HMT it's like family, you were welcomed into the family and you don't diss family. From what I've learned in my administration of justice class, you will lose if legal actions were pursued. So just give these brothas their stuff.

if "kyle's" letter does not work after his deadline of sept. 1st, i will drive to his front door and have a good ol' fashion talkin to the boy, and his parents. if that does not work i will seek legal action while i'm there. he is only 4-5 hrs from me. if ya'll would like me to i will be happy to take a list of people and proper descriptions of items and amounts of money sent to him, with me to give to his parents and the local police dept. i will let ya'll know what he does for me on my problem with him.
