I'm glad you like.

Disconnect the red from the blue on the 45. Put some lube on the threads of the blue and a little IN the hose end. Put the hose end into the red fitting until the HOSE END IS LINED UP WITH THE TOP OF THE THREADS. Not past the first thread that it comes to, but even with it. Then put the blue fitting into it all and push hard. You will get it. GOOD IDEA'S: When you put the hose end flush with the red's threads, mark the hose on the outside where it lines up with the top of the red fitting, that way you can tell if the hose moves at all when your putting the fittings together.
A vise can really help out with holding the red fitting, but its not neccesary. Good luck, and let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks.

Great got it thanks for the detailed response

Sorry to keep asking questions, but is the hose clamp to be used on the turbo return fitting?
Thanks (again!)

Yes, the clamp is for clamping the hose over your oil outlet. Be sure to cut the hose if it is too long for your setup. TO CUT THE HOSE, YOU NEED SOMETHING REALLY SHARP, THAT SPINS REALLY FAST. Don't be sorry about asking questions, your helping others with their stuff too. (And I don't have to answer the same questions )

i am in the process of getting the parts to a turbo system. i have a d16y8 with a tdo5-14b turbo. i would need the complete oil send/return system. this is what i understood from reading the posts: it will come with the "T" fitting to the back of the block. a feed line from the "T" to the turbo. and then a return line down to the oil pan. does it come with a self-tap piece to hook up the return line from the turbo? thanks

I am no longer using the T fitting, I am using the Tuner Toys fitting which is much better than the T. It can be found here on hmt "Buy a killer oil fitting"
You get the tuner toys fitting, the feed line, and the drain, with all neccesary fittings. The oil outlet fitting on the turbo is not included and should be considered part of a turbo rather than part of the oil lines. Send a PM to Tuner Toys and ask him for this outlet flange. I believe he is working on producing these right now, so he can probably help you with that.

I did give $12 for the year subscription ($1 a month) and I have donated parts for the hmt crx. Ran a contest a week ago and gave a kit away.....I pay my dues.
I recognize Craig at Tuner Toys has a pre-set amount that he donates. Basically, I contribute any ways I can without setting that pre-determined amount.
