When installed you can set it to run higher boost than the waste gate offers you to do. An electronic solenoid in the boost controller opens at your preset psi allowing the waste gate to see that higher amount of boost instantly. Instead of your waste gate diaphragm creeping open a few psi before the actual amount of psi that you want to run. So electronic boost controllers allow you to run more boost more precisely and also offer presets for scramble boost, boost limiter, it also has a real time boost display, and you can set it up for low and high boost presets to switch it on the fly. Very nice piece! Make me an offer.
