I have an internal & external fuel pump... from where I was runnin a fmu... anyways,
both won't kick on?
I've checked the main relay solder joints & it clicks when i turn the key. & clicks when I turn it off...

I can pull the ecu fuse out & put it back in & hear both fuel pumps kick on....

anybody have any clue as to what this could be?

its turning over but its not acting like it wants to start... like no fuel whatsoever.
small bubble backfires too...while its cranking....

 

You should check voltage at one of the pumps while cranking it...see how much voltage (if any) drops.

Worst case you can run a B+ power wire w/relay to both pumps.
