Aren't H cylinders different? As in special pistons or rings are needed.. Or is that another H-T myth?

yeah they are you can sleeve the block or I think mahle make a set up for the stock sleeves

Thank you for that info. Im wondering what hp and psi is achievable with these pistons on a stock block before its dangerous? And is there a need for a block guard?

mahle makes pistons that work with the stock composite sleeves, block guards are more useless than you, and the stock sleeves are good to ~400whp I believe but i'm not sure on that.

So i can use these pistons on stock block and rods at 15 psi Maybe more And wtf, I heard that block guards really help cylinder wall flexing!?!

No you replace the pistons and rods. Cylinder wall flexing is ok the block guards don't support the right place.
