Sup Niggletts! Havent been on here in a while. Life has been busey. We have a 4 M.O. boy(My 7Y.O. wanted a sibling), my wife is back in College, and I got diagnosed with a bit of a desiese. But though these tough times all is good.

Since house prices are in the dumps and a family of 17 Salvadorians moved into the attached 3 beedroom house next to us, we decided to look for a house. We wanted to stay in Chino, CA. I grew up in LA and prefer living in the burbs. Found a house for $300k . FHA loan at 5%, 2.5% down, and my payment will be $400 less than what I pay for rent right now . It's 4 bed, 2 bath, 1600sqft.

Snapped some pictures before my gay *** camera died. The people who lost it took took out max. equity and blew the money on senseless upgrades. It needs some TLC but since I'm in the trades it won't take much to get it looking good.








Yes, I know CA blows *** and is on the verge of bankrupcy but this is where we want to call home. Tried Texas. It wasnt for us though financially we were in the best shape ever.

 

Nice. Im moving back to the deserts. Houses in the cuts lancaster/palmdale fixer uppers are under 60k these days.

 

I know! I cant belive how cheap the houses are. You can get a similar house to this one in San Bernardino for $125-150K. This house was mortgaged up to $489k when the market turned.

Looks pretty good for 300. The only things I would need to change is that little divider wall in the front, and I'd probably paint the outside to match the side wall. Where in Chino is it? You know a ***** grew up in Chino Hills. (and will be there next week)
