Default Car Buying Tip Website - Can't find it - I'm a stupid -------

I'm looking for a website that essentially has a generic email written up which you can send to dealers so you don't have to get off your *** and you get competitive price quotes. I saw it about a month or so ago and I can't find it again.

If anyone can find/send me the link I'd appreciate it.

This method works like garbage. I got 6 e-mails back with them all quoting invoice price. Invoice price on a car from 2008 in this economic climate? I understand wanting to actually make a profit on these sales, but they should just push inventory to keep their asses afloat.

I also find it hilarious people quoting invoice price in the first line of price quotes, and yet they tell me it's their best price. First offers being their best price. Hilarious.
