My manifold is finished, the motors together, and everything is waiting to go in.
I still need a obd1 dizzy and various button up things, but its time.
Im ------- stoked.

Those holset's will clean up pretty good


I chopped off the whole back section, welded in a chunk of 1" rod in the wastegate port and then ported the inside smooth. Got a regular old 3" v-band coming to weld on the turbine side now. Gives you about 2" more room.

 

I was originally going to put a rod in the WG hole, but I figured just welding the waste gate shut would be the easiest way.

 

Looks nice.

 

The only problem I see is the fact that you need to rev your D to 20k to see boost
