Yea welcome to C-span, I wonder how different things would be if people spent time watching that channel instead of the "entertainment" shows.

I would like to know what happens when they are unable to find "non-white unskilled workers" to build their projects, or what happens when they screw up the job and cause setbacks, is there a provision to fire people that are incompetant or to supply additional materials, yada yada.
