Default Water looking stuff from soldering?

I was soldering together my eprom burner today and it's very easy! But when I put the board at an angle and the light reflects off of it the right way, I notice some clear hardened stuff over the soldering. It looks like water, but it's hardened. What the hell is it? It doesn't conduct does it? I'm guessing it's the flux??

It's just flux, it won't hurt anything.

Stan is right.Solder has flux in it.This is couse it would be verry time consuming to flux every thing before you solder it to the board.
