It taste awesome with some fried eggs.

This is how i make it.

Dice 1 large tomatoe
Dice half an onion
dice Handfull of cilantro(chop off the stem first)
Dice 1 serrano chili (if your brave)
Add a pinch of salt
Squeeze 1or 2 lemons (depending on size)

Mix in a bowl, throw it on whatever.
