I'm looking at ordering a jdm tranny for doing the auto-manual conversion for my 96 hatch.

looking at ordering the jdm d15b 5 speed tranny for a 92-95 civic from this site listed for 290 bucks

Just wondering if theres any chance of hoping that this tranny has lsd, or what type of gearing to expect

 

its a stock d16z6 transmission gearing non lsd



The sohc lsd hydro transmission is ------ uber rare I have seen 1 ever. They sure arent 300 bucks thats for sure. The one I got in my container I sold for 700

i figured it would be too good to be true at 290 bucks, either way its still a good deal for an si tranny, its hard to find one around here thats not uber high miles or beat to ----

Your very very very wrong. Most jdm d15b vtec motors came from the vti=5spd

 

I've only seen a few d15 automatics. Most people that purchase new cars with the d15's are going for the cheapest route. Which means Manuel EVERYTHING

 

my d15b came from an automatic car. 99% of people around here go B series. my D experience is only with my own
