So, I have a 60 day notice requirement in my lease, but yet I have had no power in my room/bathroom for 2 weeks now. So, should I just throw 1 epic 200 person move out party and get my ---- out, or just throw several parties of less size over a month or so period of time? Thoughts?

 

Having one friend over with some beer is considered a party to him. ------- knew I shouldn't move in with a foreigner. The mess in the kitchen is his, because he cooks stuff that smells like dung and decides not to put his pots/pans in the dishwasher. We have ants, no power, a severe lack of heat, etc.

 

find a way to have him deported. Problem solved.
