Bacon Explosion

Somebody has got to make this. I wonder how it would be smoked. hmmmmmmm, maybe I will have to make it also.

if i could stop drooling over that and dig out the smoker i might try and so that sometime soon
will update with double bypass/shunt pics after the massive heart attack to follow shortly after

u could prolly just do in the oven with applewood smoked bacon
