injector doesnt work

i have a 93 integra, one of the injectors dont work ,we tested the injectors and and they seem to work, so i think its might be the wiring.

I don't want to work on the car right now because it's still snowing and there's like 6" of it on the ground. I might check some things on it again tomorrow.
