my hf tank is fucked and i need a new gas tank.. closest tank i got thats a hf is in ohio one hour drive.. but i got an si tank locally..

so my question is.. will an si tank fit my hf?

according to this.. the kid swapped in an after market tank thats 12 gallon into his hf crx which the stock tank is 10gal

try abcat, and achen auto in ypsilanti if you haven't yet.
know your somewhat local to me but tis may be a longer drive than ohio
achen is in the arm system, if someone already checked arm for u than achen is a no go
abcat is run by a bunch of hillbillies who couldn't even turn a computer on but i do find some good import ---- from them sometimes

can't say for sure, but i'm pretty sure it did.

ok so found a local tank thats used for 40 bucks.. unconfirmed availability (will check tomorrow) also found a local gas tank used for 65 (confirmed availability)
and a gas tank 1 hour away in ohio for 45 (confirmed availabiliy)

ebay right now has brand new tanks going for 100 shipped

would you take the new tank over a used one?

 

i'm pretty sure the tanks are the same. i got one for my Si from ebay a couple years ago. i'd go for a new one over a used one any day, especially if they're 100 bucks.

 

yeah i'd get a new one. even if the new one is a cheap made in china tank.
just got my wifes fairlane a new tank. we got one from a mustang. didn't fit perfect, but it was $125 shipped and a fairlane one is $350

 

Go with the new stuff for $100
