I did some work on a neighbor's bike and got it running better than any other D model I've seen. Long story short, the frist time out, he wrecks it down the street from me, hurt himself, and took out a bunch of cactus bushes in someone's front yard after ricochetting off of a palm tree.

We took the bike back to my house and I took him to the hospital. The bike has sat under an orange tree in my back yard for a couple months now. I couldn't move it because the front wheel was jammed so far up into the radiator, the front wheel wouldn't move. Well it has to go now, so I removed the front wheel and turned the forks 180 and reinstalled the wheel so it could get pushed out of here.




This thing looks rediculious now. lol

 

good story. i bet they would print that in readers digest, if you submitted it.

I'm not sure if that was supposed to be an insult , but you have to admit that an old sport bike streched like a chopper looks pretty odd.

 

it does look odd. some asshat in minneapolis has one that is like twice as long as stock, it is the dumbest thing i have ever seen. it's white and beige with a buncha playa decor.
