Default Oil squirters even needed.......

I have a sleeved b16 with forged internals being build, and was wondering what the consensus was on re-installing or not re-installing the oil squirters for the pistons? The pistons are 9:1 comp cp units and was only planning on running between 350 and 400hp. Any imput would be great, thanks.

everyone ive talked to for the most part has said forged internals don't NEED the oil squirter's.
I have a sleeved block w/eagle's and cp's and i left the squirter's in, even though they don't need to be there, and i might have benefited from blocking them and then having higher oil pressure, but its going to be a street/track motor and i thought that the squirter's couldn't hurt.

why would you be sad in the pants? i realize that you don't need them, but it also can't hurt to have them...

itg could be argued detrimental... as in instead of the oil cooling the piston... The piston HEATS the oil... Not tomention you will pick up some oil pressure with the delete...

I dont have them.

golden eagle sell squirter plug set. They're like $15 bucks a set due to the thread being very fine and you won't find them anywhere else.
