WOW! is all i can say.

also... try not to miss the point. it isn't so much an advancement as far as cosmetic diamonds. who the hell cares about diamond rings when looking at the larger picture? what is more important is the computer aspect of this story. if this is for real, then we could soon be seeing computer processors becoming exponentially faster... which could easily change the world.

 

damn that is crazy. It's an easy thought though. Diamonds are made from coal that is under extreme heat and pressure, I'm suprised it took this long for someone to figure out a way to do it synthetically.

 

The amount of pressure is critical, that has been the dilema

 

Thats an amazing story. I'll be sure to follow that up in the coming months and years. Hopefully, someday, we'll all be computing with diamond based semiconductors.
