Details: We've been unhappy with our current eCommerce provider for some time now, and have been looking to change. We didn't want to have our own site written yet, and found another provider that has the features we want, including affiliate marketing. We are in the process of transferring to the new provider now.

We wanted affiliate marketing, so that we can offer it to you guys to earn money or parts while whoring out our fine products to folks outside of HMT. There is no buy-in, no memberships, no bull ----. You sign up, and are given your own URL to publish anywhere you want. Crusing HT and see some noob asking questions about a BOV that we sell? Post up a link using your URL, and any sales through that link will earn you commission. Cruising HondaSwap and see a thread about some HASPort mounts we carry? Post up that link and earn cash. You can log into your account at any time to see how much you have earned. Once you have earned a reasonable amount, we cut you a check or send you parts, whichever you prefer.

The affiliate deal is the standard MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) deal, where you build your sales, by signing up folks beneath you. This thread is the first time we have posted this information, we want all of our HMT brethren to have first shot a the level 1 affiliate slots. The great part of this is that anyone who becomes an affiliate, can sign up affiliates under them, and then earn a commission on everything the referred affiliate sells! My suggestion for anyone who wants to do this, is to put that initial burst of energy into building their downline affiliates, the more folks you get signed up under you, the more you earn and the less work you do. You guys gotta know some folks on other websites who would want to sign up, put those guys to work for you! Cruise over to your TurboD16 friends, and sign them up!

When you sign up, you'll be asked for a website, SSN, and other contact / shipping info. You can enter any website you wish in the URL. We will need your SSN for tax purposes, so don't be surprised when the site asks for it. WE HAVE NO WAY TO KNOW IF YOU HAVE ENTERED A REAL SSN OR NOT.

We have just started with this provider, adn are not ready for sales yet, so don't go posting URLs yet! We'll email everone when we are ready. Just complete the sign-up process, let us know how it works, and we'll go from there.

Not arguing with you that it is a pyramid style setup. All MLM setups are pyramid shaped, and it's the guys at the top, or "level 1", who can make the most money. It this case, we've made sure that you guys are the top level. We've not yet offered this to other forums, and won't until you guys have had a reasonable amount of time to get signed up at the top level, and recruit your down level guys.
