Got my new cars
Well one of them.
Finally.
Haven't gone to pick up the other one yet. I'll probably go get it later today. Pics soon i guess. My gf has her camera right now and is at work so i'll post pics of the heap later. Hey, atleast it's paid for.
Inside and out, it's going to be alot of work, which is why i'm buying the parts car. I also found a turbo II that i'm going to check out one of these days. Hopefully i can lowball the guy and say the stuff isn't worth ---- and pick the whole car up for $150-250.......
Sadly, the 7 is faster than my eclipse. I forgot what it's like driving a car with power steering as well. The first corner i took i oversteered like a ----------er and slid the **** out of it. The 4 piston calipers stop the car well but i'm going to replace the fluid and the brake master cylinder. They're not as responsive as i was hoping. As far as gas mileage sucking, i drove it about 60 miles on 'e'. The anoying "shift up" buzzer is going to be replaced with in dash led's. I hate that ------- buzzer.
There will be pics of the restoration along the way. I'm doing a full interior swap including going from a two seater to a 4 seater. Car has no seatbelts....gotta fix that. The signals dont work.....gotta fix that. The bumper needs swapping, the fenders and doors need replacing and the quarter panels need a bit of work. I'm also swapping to TII tail lights if i can find them. It's going to take a couple of months. When i have time, i'm going to bang the cats out so i can shoot fireballs and scare old white people. I'm keeping it n/a btw. The other car will be my project. Bone stock exterior. I have no idea what i'm going to drop into it. Maybe an sr? 4ag? LS1? SBC? 3 rotor 20btt? I dunno. One of the rear trailing arms on the daily is busted so the beast is going to donate one for now.

As far as the engine, im voting 4g64 wideblock with a conquest trans and boost the ---- out of it.
