Pretty good show. It said it was a mini series, so is it just going to be those few?

 

yea... the entire show was supposed to be based off just those few weeks.. that the reporter was embedded...

as much as i hate it for being a mini series.. i admire em for not turning it into a bullshit filled account of what happend.. seems to me like it was pretty accurate.. otherwise the soldiers would have come out and said something right?

Yeah, would have been nice for it to be longer though. When the final episode was over I was just like WTF? It was just long enough to make me want more.

 

I think it was perfect. They could of wrapped it up a little better in the last episode, but anymore episodes and it would've become redundant. The 1st 4 episodes damn near had me on the edge of my seat, but by the last couple just didn't have the same kick as the 1st ones. Well played on HBO's part. Cheer up though, the new Dexter will be out asap. Weeds just wrapped up their season (lackluster at best, but Mary Lousie's T&A saved the day), and Entourage is in full swing as well.

 

The book is alot better than the series. Its got more contant and parts of it are ------- funny.

 

i love that show....still have all of it on on-demand through my cable....but that last episode ------- sucked....

 

Yeah, I watched all the episodes, too. this was one of the better war mini-series i've seen but its no band of brothers..for that matter has anyone watched Over there? it was on FX and i'm debating downloading it.
