torque specs

i have a b18a1 and i was curious what the torque specs are for the flywheel and clutch? thanks!

there's a sticky that has shop manuals in it at the top of this forum

dl the one that's like 90-93 teg or something like that. It's the one I downloaded and it has all that ---- in there for you
