South American 5 Hole Garrett Exhaust Housings, Where 2 get the DP flange? FOUND
So I just put on my new turbo(48/60) only to find my downpipe flange doesnt fit? Turbo looks like the standard 5 bolt setup but holes are a lil farther appart... only 3 holes line up? After a few hours of research i think the Garrett Exh housing is a Brazilian made model, can anyone verify or have experience w/ this housing? Ive looked all over Ebay but can only find the "standard" 5 hole flange. Can anyone help me out here and point me in the right direction so I can get back on the road ASAP.

According to SPA Turbo USA, This housing is made in South America. They recomend drilling/tapping new holes onto the housing and "filling in" the existing holes. They werent much help in directing me to a flange made for this housing at all. It'ld just be alot easier and cheaper to find a flange for it then taking it off the turbo and getting it moddified.

SPA isn't exactly a paradigm in the industry.
When you post pics of the turbo next to a china gate, I get the feeling I know why holes aren't lining up.

I after two experiances like that I nolonger work with cdm kits. Not worth my time.

If the standard ford style 5 bolt flange does fit than you probably need the mercedes dischargfe flange. From what I remember the mercedes flange is alot bigger that your normal ford style 5 bolt.
