Well the Golden eagle Pro series fuel rail is designed differently than the OEM unit. Blundar said the rail and the pump will be my weak points but deffinately the rail first. So when I wetnt to install it, the 3 nylon bushings that are supposed to go on the bottom are too long and wont allow the injectors to seat. So they have to go on the top of the rail, but they have to be filed down. I was asking to see if anyone else had to do this on their H22's or did I screw up by getting the PRO SERIES. ALSO it requires the removal of the EGR. Which is no big deal since the the EBC of the hondata uses the output of the EGR to control the EBC.
THAT WAS THE QUESTION

Well what I did was install 3 m12 bolts as spacers for the under side of the rail on the 3 mounting studs, surfaced the nylon bushings on their sides instead of being round that are flat so they slide down and rest on the tabs of the rail. and then I tightened down with the 3 oem nuts. Everything is square and no leaks. just for the hell of it I turned the FPR up to 60psi and primed it 5 times. NO LEAKS so back to 40 it went.
