it looks like those are bent fins but it is 98.9% straight fins, just a little dirty has not been used on any other setup just on a stock car.

not to be a nitpicker but that is an audi 5000 intercooler. core is is 3 1/2" thick, 7 1/2" wide and about 13" tall, not including end tanks.
