I need 2, mild steel, 3 to 1 merge collectors. I need
them to have 1 5/8" primaries that are parallel and expanded
for a slip fit. And I also need a 2.5" exit.

If you are interested in making these, how much to 19115 and how long will it take?

They do have formed 3 to 1s but no merge collectors other than 2 to 1s.
