it really wouldnt be that hard to make. you could just weld some steelies to tractor wheels. it might not be that safe, but it would be quick and easy
If this was done wouldn't you have to build some serious amount of torque and a lot of reinforcement of the drivetrain.
Second thought, weld the tractor wheels to the ghetto rally car w/ awd and turbo that I have seen around here that would interresting.

like i said, it wouldnt be safe, but it would drive.
you could beef up the suspension and also make spindels that would accept the tractor wheels, but this is going way too far for this thread
