So, 2 wks ago (Jun 11, 200 I was rear ended by this bitch. Her excuse was "I'm sorry. I've had a long day. My feet hurt, I was tryin to take me heels off and hit the gas". Anyway. I spoke w/ their insurance adjuster. They decided to total my 97 LS teg (AKA Non-Boosted Beast). Local body shop said damage was $900. Insurance company said damage was $2618. WTF?? Well, according to KBB, my car is valued @ $2650. According to dickface USAA, it's valued @ $21xx.xx. I can keep the car and still get $1644.xx. I told homeboy I had like $2k in upgrades n ----, faxed him receipts. He "re-adjusts". Value- $2951.xx, keep the car, get $1797.xx. WTF?? He told me that my in dash TV and upgraded audio system didn't change the value of the car. So, I told him to eat my shorts, pay me $2951, total it, and I would remove my TV n ----. so.. that's the deal. Thing is.. I paid $1700 for the teg last july. That's all the $$ I got in it. My orange chicken TB is comin off, so I'm @ no loss. My ultimate question is.. WHAT SHOULD I BUY w/ MY $3k??
