i got the itch to buy a damn ak so i called around to pawn shops to get one cheap

i was looking at some MP70s (yugos) and those shitty chinese ones...

i paid 429 for this pile

its a maadi (egyptian) ak47

it doesn't have a date stamp so i can't tell when it was made w/o looking at a serial number or some bullshit

its got a normal wooden stock (thank god, i hate the thumb stocks)
its been painted (badly) black
it has a muzzle break
scope mounts, and some wannabe BB gun scope (its garbage)

i want to get some synthetic pieces stock for it, and a folding rear and also a red dot instead of the scope

it came with a 40 round magazine.

i shot it tonight and it shoots well and everything works.

the ammunition at wal mart is expensive as hell, $33 for 40 rounds.

i lost my digital camera, so i took this with my cell phone.

I'll take my $159 SKS which was made to accept the AK mags, I bought ammo when it was cheap, still have 5000 rounds sealled in pillow packs.

the style of folding stock that you want is ugly. I have a krinkov so I win.

I love how you can drop cubic dollars on guns and cars, but obviously have the crappiest camera known to man.

I'm pretty sure your camera is crappier than mine, and that's saying something. I pride myself on posting blurry shitty pics that frustrate people.
