Default ------- Pay Pal

Ok well I sold some item and took a payment via PayPal. Well they guy who wanted a certain item waited a little to late and someone else bought it. No biggie, I'll just issue him a refund. WRONG. When I click the continue button after trying to issue a refund it just reloads the page. Call Pay Pal up and tell them. They say to just send him money via the sent tab. I say, but then you will charge another fee for that making two fees off this money and he won't get his full amount back. She then proceeds to tell me to send more than he sent me so he gets his full amount back.

So as it stands they expect me to

A) Send more money than I got
B) Make double on their rapage fees
C) Leave his original payment open so he can file a damn claim at any time screwing the account over

WTF, why can't they ever do anything right /end rant

Call back until you get someone that helps.

Threaten you'll report them to their state's Attorney General (I think their office is in Nevada, can't remember) and BBB. They'll send you to the executive support team.

1. Send money to him
2. Fill a claim yourself because you didnt received "the item"
3. Make more money

nope, refund option doesn't skim, acctually reverses some of the fees.

I'll bet the person who paid didn't list it as for goods, only services.
