Default How to clean the engine bay...

I tried searching but these forums have shitty search.

What all do I need to cover? I forgot to put the oil cap back on last night when adding the oil and when I went to check my car today at work it had oil oozing out from under the hood. I know I need to cover the dizzy, what else?

Where can I get a oil cap quick? Vatozone or walmart?

And you want a fat cat.

I wasn't whining, I was making a point and stating a fact.

Sorry, won't join your group.

I'll take your opinions seriously when you can construct a sentence at a 3rd grade or higher level.

JoshMO, you're in no position to teach me a damn thing, sorry.

Please remove yourself from this thread. Preferably, the entire planet.

I never cover anything. There's some purple ---- that was basically lye in a bottle that I sprayed all over everything with a $1 squirt bottle from the dollar store. I did it at the local car wash and then just blasted the bitch with the pressure washer. It took a couple minutes of brushing the really heavy deposits from 200k miles and a 2nd squirting and blasting to get the whole thing to the point where I could eat off of it.
