so i was on the way to my boys house and this girl decideds to side swipe me . we pull over and the first thing she says is " can we please not call the cops" . so i call my boy( the one who's house i was on the way to) and tell him what happens so he comes down and calls the cops for me while i take her info down. Half an hour later the cop gets there and this girl completely lies and says " i had my blinker on and he came and tried to pass me still" which is complete bull ---- now i have to drive my baby around all fucked up . What would you do? And im open to HMT estimates . thanks for listening to me bitch :P

That's fucked up (but not surprising) that she lied. Should had your "boy" drive there and act as a witness.

I got sideswiped a few weeks ago and the guy lied about it as well. Last I heard the guys getting his license taken from him for a year for fleeing the scene of an accident and lost his job, since he hit it took off and a few people I know saw the number of the van he was driving and called the cops. Find people who saw the accident to prove your side if it becomes troubling...

If the first thing someone says is please don't call the cops, stop talking to them and start grabbing witnesses. They're trying to let it go undocumented so they can lie later.

 

Doesn't look too pleasing, but I'd estimate if you were to fix it yourself and do a decent paint job since it's white, you wouldn't spend no more than a couple hundred dollars. Doesn't look like there's really any major dings, but then again I can't tell that well.
