So I'm trying to help a friend who's having the problem where if you try to start the car after it's warmed up, it won't prime the fuel pump sometimes. From what I've heard/read/seen it's usually the main relay.

Which one of those two does she need? And what else could cause that problem?

 

take the main relay from under the dash and look at the numbers on the case, that will tell you which one you need

 

Just remove the one you have and suck the old solder out and resolder the connections. If you look close there should be some halos in the old shitty solder. I have done this on 3 different cars with success every time.
