what is the maximum piston to wall clearance to run on 75 mm vitaras...

How much boost do you want to run? with my 81.5 dished wiseco's Im running .035, but im gona run 25+ lbs.

When the pistons with rings on slide in by hand you know you have reached it...

Seriously though, on 90dx's vitara build, piston to wall must be .065+ they move all over the place in there.

Maximum is whatever it comes out at :P If you car about diesel sounds then go 75.5.I just through them in massive ring and piston to wall gap stylz

I think you guys mean .0035 and .0065 not .065

.250 is a 1/4 inch....

You misunderstand measurements. .035 (aka 35 thousandths) of one inch is A LOT when talking about clearances. It would never seal.


.0035 = 3 and 1/2 thousandths. OR 35 tenths in machinist lingo.
