So I picked up a skunk2 im from a buddy on the cheap, I was originally going to cut off the flange and weld on a b16 flange but it looks like i can just drill a different pattern on half of the mounting holes and work something with the coolant fitting. The ports seem to line up. Has anyone done this and is this going to be alright?

 

If you have it go for it you have nothing to lose.

 

It'll happen, can't make any less power than the stock B17 IM.
