The haynes manual tells me to remove the cyl head to replace one broken rocker arm.

i snapped it bouncing off the rev limiter, engine still is inj good shape otherwise



if i drill a hole the size of the rocker arm tube through my timing belt pulley so i can pull it through will it mess the balance of my timing belt pully up?

 

Ummm... yeah don't do that stupid ----. Do it right or take the pulley off and do it your nig way.

 

youd have to take the cyl head off to take the pulley off, and i dont want to take the ------ cyl head off. because if i do then i will just have to build it.

 

This is HMT dood. Just drill that ----. Balance it back out by drilling a hole on the opposite side.

alright well it looks like the pulley had a plastic cover and was just actually multi spoked, so i got it to where i can pull the tube at but it went into the head and i have no where to pry from to push it out.

there are holes in the tube where it runs through the head. im thinking about drilling one of those holes all the way through so i can stick a screwdriver down it and bang it out, this is super ghetto.
