Default Clutch releasing (throwout) bearing?? help

I got a 88 crx and had to replace my clutch. So I bought a complete clutch kit and did the change over. From the clutch disc, pressure plate and the bearing. Anyways got everything back together, started the car and try to put it to gear but it was hard to get into gears?? When the car is off you could pop it in gears, but when the car is on, you can't even get to gear, or when your on gear and start the car, can't get out of gear?? So I ended up taking it back off and see that my releasing bearing was ---- up. So though that was the case, replace it and put it back together again. Then ------ shiet Happens again so I have no ------- clue was the deal, everything seems to be agline right. Could it be the pressure plate?? Any help would be appreciated, Thanks
