Default 9.5:1 Compression head gasket. How do I fabricate?

Hi guys,

need some expert advise here. I'm thinking/trying to fabricate a head gasket that will allow me to lower my compression to 9.5:1. How thick of a gasket am I looking at and what are the best type of material to achieve my goal?

Really do hope to hear your expert advises.

Thanks!

hard to be helpful when you arent helpful... you didnt tell us ----, except the compression you want to be at.

we need to know:
the motor
current compression
current HG thickness
etc

but...my guess is your not gonna get any help either way... so get that info and call someone who cares...

http://www.cometic.com <~they will fabricate that ---- for you...and it will actually work and not leak like a ****...

not 100% though...you still need to pay 115-130bucks for a single headgasket

Hi guys,

sorry for the noobness and sorry for leaving out information that might help me in my quest.

Firstly first,

My trying to turbocharge my 2006 KIA Cerato (Aka spectra in the U.S). I really don't know whats the stock compression on my KIA, but guess its around 11ish, 12:1.

Why am I'm am trying to achieve a compression ratio of 9.5:1 is because I'm trying my very best to replica a turbokit being sold it Korea (will cost me soo much cheaper then buying it off them) and that turbo kit comes with a head gasket which will reduce the compression to 9.5:1.

Well, I hope i have explained myself better. And yes, I'm still doing lots of research over the net but information about such junk korean cars are soo little , HA!

Cheers!
