Default zc code 9

well buddy has a 88 si with a zc and ever since he had some hillbilly's swap motors for him he's been throwing code 9 and has put 2 new dizzy's in and has the same problem .. car scuddle butts and cuts out ... is it possibly throwing it cause the cam timming or is it more than likely the wiring to the dizzy

swap the wires at the cam angle sensor.

dont let hillbillies wire dizzy's up... the black and blue wires off the dizzy were even stripped and they were all taped up like htey just tapped it to hurry up and get it done or something .. car runs good now and isnt throwing vss anymore either
