Ok guys im finally starting to buy stuff for my 3rd gen honda accord project turbo car, and i came across a guy on 3geez (www.3geez.com) and hes parting out his turbo car, on which im interested in his turbo manifold (he said he paid over $900 for the manifold alone, and it looks decent) and hes got a T3 super 60 rebuilt turbo and a deltagate external wg. He wanted $800 for it all, and it looked in pretty good shape, he was into like 18-19psi with this turbo setup... What do you think guys, good deal or not (I was thinking of offering $650) and 3g accord manifolds are practically nonexistant and it seems to be a good combo...Oh yea also can you get smaller springs for the deltagate? I think he was running one of the bigger ones (i wanna run 5-7 psi for now) and i need a smaller one but cant seem to find them?

 

You don't need to spend that kinda money for 5-7. Plus, going to the junkyard and kicking in windows is sssssoooooooo much fun. It's better when you pull a good turbo though.

 

Well i was planning on starting to run at 5-7 psi and ironing out probs, then having another engine built and go for 14+ psi, which this combo should be good for and then some...

 

I saw its a good deal and I doubt he will come down that much but you never know.

Hell I have more than that into my setup, although its not really junkyard except my BOV.... still I would have been more than happy only spending that much.
