that looks very thin for make 1st log manifold huh? ive heard 304 is good , but im not sure when and what stuff get. Ill mig-weld because i havent TIG

i believe you need sch40 pipe to support the wieght of a turbo.

honestly man, just find some mild steel local. if your welds are decent it will hold up fine

i know Alcoa has an office in Italy, they may sell steel products (they specialize in Aluminum)

 

Dude, you don't need that tight of a radius. Get the ones with a larger radius and they're like 8 bucks. Still a lot more than Acestainless.
