Yea its not seized and 2 bolts are broke off in the exhaust housing(drill them out and replace with nuts and longer bolts and its fine).The exhaust housing would be great upgrade for a 14b/hf setup.I dont rebuild turbo's but i hear you can replace the wheels and cover on a 14b and make a 16g easy with the 14b shaft.
