Internal waste gate question, please help. [pic]

The stock down pipe that goes to this turbo (chrysler one) has i guess the acutator that opens and closes the waste gate or something? Well i dont have the stock downpipe, so where can i connect where this part goes, i circled it. can i weld it to something or do i have to now go external waster gate route??

Yea right now your only option for staying internal wastegate is to use a piece like the guy before me posted. Otherwise, you're gonna have to go external.
