Can you replace the compressor housing seal or gasket that mates the center cartridge with a paper or coak type material? Don't want to shell out 50 bucks for the whole rebuilt kit just for that seal. I've already trace out on a template and about to cut one out. just need a opinion from you guys, before I do. Thanks.

 

I do it ll the time, just get some thin paper gasket material from your locl auto parts store.
