I'm having a hell of a time finding a motor for a 98' rodeo 2.2L, it's either expensive (1500 bucks) or I can't find it. I was wondering if I should look at the passport's 2.2L...........Is that the same motor?

I doubt it. That motor is mounted longitudinally.. for rwd.

wouldn't the mounts just be different?
what i've read was that the passport was a rebadged rodeo.
I figured the honda version might be cheaper.

 

the honda odyssey was the isuzu van, and the isuzu rodeo was traded as the honda passport
