Default H22A Fx500 Clutch Issues

Well well well
I pulled my trans for two reasons, Humming while driving"worn final drive assembly" and also my Clutch wont disengage
Been on the Phone with Lonnie from Clutch Masters and we wnet throgh some checks with depth of the metal surface that the disk rides on per the highest point of the Flywheel. Limits were .069 +/- .002 and it checked out at .070, next was the depth of the diaphram blades to the center hub of the Clutch Disk and it was .7815 and and limits were .770 +/- .01. Sice all measurements were ok he asked me to press the diaphram .25 in and use a screwdriver to see of the disk was released.

Went to work tonight after work, and with the Stock steel flywheel and the Fx500 bolted to it I pressed it to .25in and used the screw driver and it's free.

Questions
car- 93 civic cx
Motor H22A built turbo
Trans M2S4 with OBX LSD
Clutch assemly FX500 clutchmasters with Fidanza flywheel

1. Is the throw of the pedal for the civic too much to where the diaphram is over expanding and allowing the disk to relash and regrab after full stroke.
2. Has anyone heard of having to install a stopper block onto the floor board to prevent overstroke
3. Why does the Exedy Stage 2 not have/had this issue when motor was first installed.
4. Well not a question but BAN CORNFUZED BAN BAN BAN BAN BAN BAN

Can someone with a Accord or prelude take about 5-10 min of their time and post a video of the stroke of the Slave and measure all the way out and all the way in from the backside of the fork.
PLEASE for GODS SAKE

Comp clutch iinsists that you fabricate a clutch pedaal stop. Yes Ive heard of it. if you hyper extend the diaphram you COULD have the problems you are se4eing

Well what im getting at is by slowly pushing in the peddle to try and find the spot and trying to move through the gears with out grinding on the sync ros is my major concern. It just not registering in my head on how to find the spot safely with out slipping the clutch or putting pressure of the sleeve gear selectors or sync ros. That why i need to see a video or see in person how far the slave is moving with a performance clutch. Follow me?

part of learning to drive a stick

Also how I shift faster than most, even on a stock clutch you only need about 1/2 the stroke. Really great to use when your power shifting at the track, even on 100 shot of nitrous and not hitting the revlimiter.

Now think about this, Omni made a Clutch MC that acted faster, it was overcentering clutches when it DID work.

Nothing like seeing the Flywheel bolts ground down by the PP fingers.

Not installed the Omni system yet and I'm running the STOCK CX master clutch cylinder with the H22A slave. Peddle feels so soft and before I removed it I had a tapered washer infront of the slave piston which allowed 33% release I think cause it grinded in every gear and would not go in to 5th. well all the measurements been proven true. Just wonder if the threads on the Mster Cylinder is out too far and allowing more stroke than needed. Sorry if this dont make since but it's my best ability being intoxicated
And all sleeves and SYncros have BeEn rplaced with All N NeW.

I'm so trahsed I'm giving up for the nihgt
